You may reject new revisions of the Terms and Conditions within 30 days of posting on https://bigwifi.ca, by following the cancellation procedures in your most recently accepted Terms and Conditions. After 30 days your agreement to the new Terms and Conditions is implied. You understand that all information provided herein is true and any false representation is a criminal offence. Your provided personal information and communications with Big Wifi Inc. will be shared with and requested from public and private credit reporting services and or collection agencies. A credit check may or may not be initiated by this form however, information and permission for credit information sharing is collected for your ongoing account. Your account and all information, including services, and payment processing information may be sold or transferred at any time for the purpose of providing a similar service, so fare as to facilitate the transfer, relocation, or sale of Big Wifi inc. or its Assets in whole or in part, to a third party. Notice for the transfer or sale of account information will be provided on your monthly invoice 15 days prior to any transfer, and you will have 30 days to review and decline the receiving parties’ terms and conditions of service available on their website, or after 30 days your acceptance is implied. If you choose to take advantage of any promotions available with approved credit you will be re-notified of the credit check at that time. Security deposits are also available. Payments are due upon invoicing. Missed or late payments are subject to $40 handling fees. Accounts 30 days past due may be sent to collection and incur an annual interest rate of 29% compounded daily until collected. Seriously delinquent accounts may be sent for legal collection and incur additional charges for legal fees and representation costs. In the event of serious delinquency, if the client is unavailable for legal service at the last known address, a public notice advertisement may be placed for 3 days in the client’s local newspaper at the client’s expense and shall be accepted as sufficient notice of proceedings against the client. All proceedings will take place in the city of Edmonton. All equipment and or software provided for use by Big Wifi Inc. is the sole property of Big Wifi Inc. and is not for resale, subletting, re-licensing, or commercial use without approval. All products are for individual use only and subject to our fair use policies including use of the term “unlimited “. Big Wifi reserves the right to limit, slow, or restrict access to services that abnormally impedes network traffic. In times of network congestion speeds may be slowed to ensure fair access to services for all clients. Torrenting or related programs are strictly prohibited and will be blocked or disconnected. Commercial use or deemed commercial use of any “unlimited” plan is not allowed and is strictly prohibited. Abuse of personal use services may result in financial liability, copyright infringement, or other legal proceedings against the client. All installations and services are used at the sole risk of the client with no liability upon Big Wifi Inc. or its employees or contractors beyond an amount equal to funds paid for services rendered to the client. Big Wifi services must not be used for illegal or otherwise immoral purposes or to threaten, impose fear, offer illicit services, penetrate online security or otherwise “hack”, or share, send, receive, or distribute illegal content. E911 services are not provided in voip phone services. The client is responsible for protecting their own devices, software, and any device attached to a Big Wifi Inc service either directly or indirectly, from any online threats including but not limited to ddos or otherwise attack,  hacking, virus, malware, spyware, or any form of malicious intent towards the client or clients devices or other users of the clients services.  All installs are external only, with a single wall penetration for a service wire and/or low voltage power wire and subsidized at a promotional rate in lieu of the client completing the internal portion of their install and ensuring proper grounding and all electrical codes are met to local requirements. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain all equipment left on their premises and/or to immediately report any defects to Big Wifi Inc.  Rebate promotions:   Fixed term rebate is available for Big Wifi clients with Internet subscriptions who strictly manage their monthly bill statements in a timely fashion. Products or services cannot be cancelled during the fixed term to remain eligible for the rebate. Power rebates up to four cents per kilowatt hour, and natural gas rebates up to two dollars per gigajoule are calculated based on the current market rate for the longest-term product available at the time of rebate final payment. Rebates will not increase if the market rate is increased but will adjust to match the after-rebate amount of the current market rate to the clients’ term contract. Example: If the starting rate was 6 cents/kwh, with a 3 cent rebate, but the same or nearest similar term plan rate at the end of the term increased to 7.5 cents, the 3 cents rebate is applied to the current similar term market rate amount or 7.5 -3 =4.5 , and the calculation for rebate becomes 6- 1.5 to match the increased current rate. If the similar plan current rate reduces at the end of the client’s term, the rebate shall decrease by the equivalent amount. Final balances will be calculated at term completion.  Rebates can be applied to account by request after 4 months of successful bill management. You must submit your rebate request using the online request form on Bigwifi.ca within the allotted window for the period of the term. In the event of any service cancellation, any unearned rebates already applied to account will be added to the final Big Energy or Big Wifi invoice. Rebates are applied as account credit for Big Wifi services only and cannot be paid out as cash or used to purchase equipment. Up to thirty percent of a monthly invoice can be used to redeem the account credit with remaining amounts carrying forward. Cable internet clients are eligible for seventy-five percent of the maximum rebate amount. Payments must be on time, as agreed, on the regular scheduled payment date for both Big Wifi and Big Energy invoices to remain eligible for the rebate. If any products or services are cancelled, any accumulated and unused account credit is forfeit. Offer terms and conditions are subject to change and will be updated Bigwifi.ca from time to time. Agents, salespersons, or contractors may not alter the offer terms and conditions and this document will serve as the official agreement.
